Today I asked one of the photographer’s here at the paper, Peter Power, to take my portrait. I was playing around with a business card idea I blatantly stole from a Swedish fellow I saw on the ‘net. I really, really, don’t like having my photo taken and even avoid the mirror in the morning, random shop windows for their reflections, I was even uncomfortable seeing myself reflected in Pete’s lens(!). But I think Pete did a pretty good job.
And following is the design I stole from that Swedish fellow. Those of you familiar with the Macintosh platform will recognize the format. The image below was built entirely from scratch in Photoshop (its not a screengrab):
